Lunch with the Beltran-Castaneda Family
On Saturday, we had lunch at the Beltran-Castaneda home. Since my first visit to Colombia in 2000-2001, the Beltran-Castaneda family has invited us to a ajiaco, and with each visit to Colombia, we have repeated the tradition. Definitely, ajiaco is one of my favorite meals. As usual, it was delicious, and Gladys and Margarita Maria had a grand time playing with Mateo. Jairo and Jairo Andres were also with us for lunch. Gladys and Jairo have been friends with Edelmira and Jose for years and they met while Edelmira worked with Gladys in the national police department. THANK YOU again, for your hospitality!
