We spoke with Edelmira and Jose tonight. On Friday, they had a party at Los Pisingos for the children to celebrate All Saints Day. At the party, Edelmira talked with Carlos, the director of the children's home, and he said that they had received all of our papers and had sent them to ICBF (Colombian Institute of Social Welfare); that everything was in good order.

Now what? Perhaps we'll hear something relatively soon... until then, we wait patiently.

Esta noche hablamos con mis suegros. El viernes, habia una fiesta en Los Pisingos para celebrar el dia de todos los santos, y en la fiesta Edelmira se encontraba con Carlos, el director de la casa, Carlos dijo que ya habian recibido todos nuestros papeles y los mandaron para ICBF y que todo se veia bien.

Ahora que? Quizas nos cuentan algo pronto... y hasta ese momento, esperamos con pacienca y calma.
